Value-Added Employment, Interviewing and Hiring Management Programs

At Lederman & Associates, Inc., we recognize that every client has different needs and requirements from a partnership with us and that each assignment is unique.  That is why we offer a variety of employment services and programs to best meet our client’s goals and needs.

Our programs are designed to offer different levels of service and pricing to fit the specific criteria of our clients for a particular project.  Our current program offerings include:

Adjunct Interviewing – We will actively participate in the interview process and provide a written assessment of each individual for you to use in your selection process.  Interviews can be either traditional or behavioral in style, in-person or over the phone.

Traditional Interview Program Development – Traditional interviewing focuses on questions and assessment techniques that target specific skill sets and past performance.  We will work with you to develop a general or a position-specific traditional interview program for use in your hiring process.

Behavioral Interview Program Development – An alternative and highly effective technique, behavioral interviewing focuses on a prospective employee’s personality and value set, rather than solely on their skill sets.  Many find this to be a more effective measurement of the future and past performance of an individual versus traditional interviewing techniques.  We will work with you to develop this personal characteristics interviewing program including qualitative and quantitative assessment tools.

Reference Checking and Resume Verification – We will check references on prospective employees and verify the accuracy of a candidate’s resume.  This service can be performed on your behalf either overtly or anonymously.

Confidential Advertising – At certain times, your company might need to keep its staffing activities confidential from employees, competitors or the marketplace.  You can advertise anonymously for prospective employees through our firm using our e-mail, fax and/or company name.  All correspondence is privately and confidentially transmitted to you for your use.  The advantage of this service over a “blind” box number advertisement is that many prospective employees feel more comfortable sending their credentials to an actual company.

Resume Screening – When your company advertises a position, you might receive many resumes that have to be reviewed and assessed; a process that can be very time consuming.  We free up your employees from this time consuming task, allowing them to concentrate on the business of the firm.

Contract Recruiting – Sometimes the need arises for your company to add additional or replacement recruiting staff for a short-to-interim period of time.  This often occurs during times of rapid growth or when a key hiring manager requires a leave of absence.  We will step in when business and/or personnel situations require full or part-time short-to-intermediate term assistance with some or all phases of the hiring process.

Executive Search and Professional Recruiting – When the need is critical to fill a position with an individual with very specific skill sets and experience, we will provide you with extensive executive search services.  The focus of these services is to identify and present to you a select group of highly qualified candidates for a specific position.  We offer several executive and professional search programs:

Retainer Search:  For searches where confidentiality from the marketplace, competitors or client company employees is required.

Container or Retainer Search:  For complex and detailed searches for individuals  with very specific experience and skill sets.

Contingency Search:  For searches when a client is casually looking to add a talented individual to their organization.

Outplacement Services – In the unfortunate event that you must downsize or let an employee go, we can provide resume development and review services as well as interview and job-search training for the affected individuals.
