  • Subscriptions - Lists of new businesses are automatically sent to you on a regularly scheduled basis - daily, weekly or monthly.

    (Note: Daily lists provide you with the freshest sales leads - you receive new business contact information as companies are incorporated.)
  • Individual Mailing Lists for Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, the City of Miami and all other cities and counties available.
  • Aggregate Mailing Lists for the entire South Florida region or other regions available.
  • Time-based Lists based on the age of the business (this is useful when specific marketing needs require a business to have been operating for a certain period of time).
  • Custom business mailing lists  for any cities or zip codes in the State of Florida.
  • Volume discounts for quantities greater than 10,000 businesses/addresses.
  • Two Delivery Options are available for each service we offer:

  • All mailing list data provided is derived from information gathered from the State of Florida.  Lederman & Associates, Inc. makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the data and as such will not be responsible for any losses resulting from the use of this information.  Furthermore, Lederman & Associates, Inc.'s liability, if any, will be limited to the initial cost of the fee paid by the Purchaser.
