(1) A note about 100% accuracy:  Realistically, this is not possible as businesses open, close and move every day.  However, many business mailing list services still claim that their lists are 100% accurate and they bundle them with other services at very high prices with an offer of a "refund" if the undeliverable rate reaches 10% or more.   Our approach is to offer low prices for our lists that we derive directly from the records of the State of Florida with the recognition that these records sometimes have a small amount of inaccuracies or outdated information due to business closings, relocations, etc.
